Error occur when upgrading

Hi all,

Since few days, I become this message on Extensions Manager : Error occur when upgrading.

When I do the check update, the update appears but the error come right after. I cleared cache, permissions, etc...

bebuzz Hi. It may be due to the server change. Please this one time download this extension manually from our server and install using joomla installer. Upcoming releases will work as You've used to.

Thank you for information. I see too your server is slow or impossible to be contacted. I become errors :

And a long time before have answer from server for others extension updates. Others extensions or modules or components are ok like languages, JCE, Akeeba backup or admin .... I have still joomla 3.9.3 and wait for 3.9.4

bebuzz They are all about j16, so it's not supported joomla version. Please update JE Extension manager manually as described in my first post. Also the template and template's plugin. Please do not forget to make a backup before that just in case something goes wrong.

I think this comes from your server.

You write : They are all about j16

I never change nothing in my server, I must look at the total instructions of the install procedure.

bebuzz Hi. The "j16" in links may point to the fact that Your extensions are out of date. Please provide an url to Your site and an access to joomla panel. I'll check.

bebuzz Hi. I've updated both plugins showing those messages manually with joomla installer. This message disappeared for one of them, but other is indeed discontinued and there are no updates for it as notice states. I would suggest to replace it.

Great. But what appends about j16, must I change somethings or did a mistake ?

bebuzz Hi. Please do not worry about /j16. For those 2 extensions we are still using it since they have not been updated recently. I know Disques plugin is still showing the message, but I'm afraid this will not be updated. So if it works please ignore the message, but if it doesn't I would suggest uninstalling it and replacing with a different 3rd party plugin which is doing the same thing.

@Ninja the issue is in JA Extension Manager under plugin Disques. Please take a look since You have a greater experience with this extension and may have some additional input to this problem.

I think my post is resolved. I thank you so much for your experience to solve. I do not use Disqus and I will delete this plugin and of course the problem ;-)

I though the problem was in an other part, but I see, in your answers, all is done and my parameters too.
