ja fixel template - not show nav icons in mobile version

Hi, I have a problem with ja fixel, updated to the latest version with joomla 3.9.4. In mobile version, the main nav icons do not appear, the area is active and shows the menu at the click . I checked the template settings and everything looks ok, Off-Canvas Navigation is active.
