Installing modules after quickstart

Hi,
I installed Events II as a quickstart. Then I wanted to install some modules through the Joomla installation procedure. But I encountered the problem I've never seen before. You'll see what I mean in the attached screenshot.
Clicking on the "Add install from web tab" nothing happens. I was not able to find the viable solution on the internet. Is this a problem inherent to this particular quickstart template installation?
Do you have any solution?

Hi zmand13

You should enable the installer plugins, If you are still having problems with it then share a super user account to your backend and we will have a look at it, quickstart has no issues on my local installation.

I first needed to install them and then to enable them.
