    We checked your account and noted all your memberships are expired, there was no lifetime memberships available at iJoomla before, If you are interested to renew it then let us know and we can see what we can do for an old customer like you are.

    Thanks for the reply. There actually was a lifetime membership for AdAgency updates. It said "Lifetime" in my account and I was able to download updates for AdAgency without renewing each year. I also have backups of these transactions dating back years ago.

    Nonetheless, I am considering renewing one or more products, so please let me know what my options are and how to proceed.

      You can login on your dashboard and choose from the list of your expired memberships which one you want to renew.

      I assume this is because I had a Lifetime Membership. iJoomla honored the Lifetime Membership even after they changed their membership structure.

        m2ksaoe8qnb4fhedc Hi. Renewal is only available if You have an active membership since it has to be done at least within last day of a subscription.

        I do have an active membership. I purchased a license for lifetime updates. There is nothing to renew, because nothing expired. Lifetime memberships don't expire.

        Please refund the money I paid for the Lifetime license for AdAgency Pro or provide a discount of equal value for your new membership plans.

        Frankly, I'm surprised you would risk losing a good customer by taking a position that is frankly indefensible. Not only is this bad business, it doesn't even make sense from a financial perspective, as the benefits associated with keeping me as a customer clearly outweigh the cost of any refund/discount.

        Please forward my request to someone within your organization who is familiar with the Lifetime licenses sold by iJoomla and has the authority to offer a refund or discount to those customers who purchased one of these Lifetime licenses.
