problems with JA GDPR

Hi, I have problems with JA GDPR:

1 - 'delele all accounts' and 'request manual delection' popup don't work, they disappear instantly
2 - 'save the page' button gives blank page

Hi,

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with http://www.gabrielemastropaolo.it/administrator but it seems not correct.

And share the FTP account also.

Sorry, i'm not sure that giving credentials of my backend and ftp account be a good request, according to standard security.

But in the meanwhile I have found that changing template popups work; this may depend by advanced settings of my template, meet gavern

I have tried to change each of those parameters, i have noticed that something changes but popups don't work, they work only if I change template

I've tried JA GDPR with other ten templates, same problems

It seems that there is issue with templates which implement old Bootstrap, the team will check and update on this.

tested JA-GDPR 1.01, popups work fine, botton 'save the page' gives blank page.

I just tested your site and the 'Save This Page' button still works, could you try to clear browser's cache & cookies?

Hi,
You've just tested my site with PROTOSTAR template assigned at GDPR menu voice, if i change template - any template - button 'save this page' doesn't work anymore, with FIREFOX or OPERA browser and othet computer even.
