Article settings doesn't work

I try to change the settings of articles, but it works only by modifying the default settings and not works on each articles own settings.
Could you help me, please?

baraka-berdi Hi. Are those regular joomla articles or K2? What place have You tried to set those settings already? When I go to Content > Layout > Article it looks to be taking an effect.

these are regular joomla articles. I'm trying more template to find the problem. Now I changed back to Simpli.
Please check it again. For example the mainsite's article.

Hi,
I just would like to handle article settings at each of articles, not at the common article settings (which effect all article). I would like to able to use all of the settings (for examle "show title", "show category", "show author" etc.) .

Having reviewed, The core Joomla functionality appears to be working fine at envisaged for individual article. Have tried - 2. The menu item (Menu Item:[Edit] screen) as outlined in the tutorial
