Front end registration saying event is full

I have a live registration event that was working fine until Thursday where it says the event is full, but the capacity is set to unlimited. I have since had 3 more people that have signed up and they get the message that they are added to a waiting list. I need this fixed ASAP since it is live.

Could you share the ftp account ? as it's hard to debug via extplorer component.

FTP is credentials updated. The url for the ftp uses the domain name. ftp.alloutcallout.com

Hi,

I checked again the Records for the current event on your site, it has some records with 'Waiting' status, which will forced the event to be FULL.

I update the status for 3 records to be 'Active' and it's not showing FULL anymore, kindly check.

A member once called and was un shure of making a reservation because of pending unscheduled dr appointment. I added their record as waiting for the event to place them at the top of waiting list once the event was sold out. Even though I never enabled waiting, This caused the event to go to waiting list only. Easy fix was to change them to "canceled" and all was good. One additional thing I learned was the people who then rushed to sign up on the assume sold out waiting list were doing so only to reserve some effed up right of first refusal / acceptance once the event got close. I now leave events sold out until the last month; then turn on the waiting list. and never consider the "repeat waiters" until I exhaust the "sincere waiters". One rule to remember when calling on the waiting list, The last person on the waiting list is the most likely able to take the cancellation spot"
