Back to top button doesn't show arrow. It exists and works but icon looks like hieroglyph desktop and mobile.

    I don't know what to do. I have no problem to see the site. I've asked couple of my friends they don't have problems too. I've just purge cache both joomla and cludflare.

          It is misunderstanding. I mean that I checked Admin account (You wrote: Please provide a correct username and password to access your back end as super user the one you provided above are not working.) and you can use it and access backside. The problem with Back to top button persists.

            Sorry, but I can't see any difference. In attached files you can see the screenshots from Firefox, Chrome and mobile, made it after purged cache (admin and browser.)



              centerprh Try to disable cloudflare or server side cache for troubleshooting purposes
