Uncaught TypeError: DTjQuery(...).block is not a function

Hello,
This is incredibly URGENT and I need a resolution as soon as possible. My website lifespanlearn.org uses DT Register, however there appears to be an issue during registration. When a registrant completes the form and click the Next button NOTHING happens! Google Dev Console displays this issue:

Uncaught TypeError: DTjQuery(...).block is not a function
at block_form (register-now?eventId=19&controller=event&task=individualRegister:596)
at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (register-now?eventId=19&controller=event&task=individualRegister:691)
at HTMLDocument.dispatch (dt_jquery.js:5232)
at HTMLDocument.elemData.handle (dt_jquery.js:4884)

There are two currently Live registrations on my site and I need a resolution asap!
