Buildr template designer broken

Hello,
I am still having the problem, that the template settings in the backend of the buildr template aren't displayed so that I am not able to make changes in module postions and design. I tried to change the settings files on the server with some of my backups but it makes no difference. the template designer is gone. Can you please check this or give me a hint why this happens everytime again?

Hi.

The error cause by the permission of the file.

The file must be access by public link to make it to work.

I tried to upload some example file via ftp
but it's could not access by public link.
https://villahuesgen.com/config-example.json

It's always got permission error.

Could you check it ?

Could it be the admin tools? I will try to fix it with the htaccess maker. Will give a reply if it worked

Yes, this worked. I included json filetype and now the backend template designer works again. Thank you so much, this was really a great job!!!
