JA Admin template module grid not showing (getting fatal error with white page)

When accessing extensions > modules in JA Admin template I receive a white page. After enabling error reporting I am seeing the following:

Can you add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

You may kindly let us know when the ftp details have been posted as the same would be needed in order to troubleshoot the relative issue closely

Also, Try change the PHP version to 7x stable to see if it helps resolving the relative issue

mdtechteam Hi. Please make sure You are using latest version of JA Admin and if yes please rename 2018/administrator/templates/ja_admin/html/com_modules/ to 2018/administrator/templates/ja_admin/html/0com_modules/

let me know if it makes any difference.

Hello, when I go to click manage and select the group nothing happens. Is there anything that would of changed that? teitbite

No problem, when I select group and then click manage, nothing happens. When reading the guide I was under the impression that this would allow me to manage the quick icons at the top of the dashboard teitbite

Yes, The "manage" tab on being clicked should result in opening of "Dashboard manager" as also outlined in documentation. The same works as envisaged whilst replicating on local install

Some troubleshooting steps to try seeing if they help in resolving the relative issue :
1. Try disable 3rd party administrator modules/extensions one by one to see for conflicts
2. Check JavaScript Console for any meaningful errors
3. Try updated to Php 7x stable version

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, we had a pause in project and we are now picking it back up. I have updated the php to 7.0 as well as disabled the ja_google_analytics which was causing an error in the js console but still no luck managing the profiles for each group. Any other ideas to get this to work?

Actually looking at the js console again here is a warning message that I am seeing:

The script from “http://clients1.mdtechteamhosting.com/arrow-2018/administrator/templates/_ADMIN_TPL/js/dashboard.js” was loaded even though its MIME type (“text/html”) is not a valid JavaScript MIME type.

Loading failed for the <script> with source “http://clients1.mdtechteamhosting.com/arrow-2018/administrator/templates/_ADMIN_TPL/js/dashboard.js”.

Sorry to send so many messages. While we are trying to figure out the js issue is there another way to access the dashboard manager?
