Does the pro version of Ad Agency filter out SPAM bot traffic on the impressions and click count for the ads?

Also is there a way to disable the Advertise here link that shows up by default if an ad is not in place?

Yes you can disable the ad link from the bottom of ads for each ad, This option is in the Ad settings.

For the impression count, it depend on how many time your page is loading, it can not detect which device user have. The impression increase when the site page is load each time.

How do I add multiple ads to a a campaign? It is not allowing me to do so as in the provided instructional videos.

When you add a new ad on site you can see Campaign Tab : http://prntscr.com/n3y7ka
Select this option and you can add multiple ads in campaign.

Please note : the advertiser must be same for ad and campaign.
