Cannot Use Renew Coupon

I am trying to renew my subscription and using the coupon code you have supplied but get the message:

"Coupon can be used only if you have active subscription for these product: JA Pro"

If I had an active subscription, I wouldn't be trying to renew!!!

Can anyone help?
