sticky Top bar with image links

How can I create and place a sticky top bar above Module Header (JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module)?
We need this top bar and the menu below (Module header) to remain sticky.

Using Uber- Corporate.

You can use the ja acm module bar and publish it in the acm header position. header ja acm has already feature to be set as sticky
