Hi,

We have a Website with JA Erio template.
We are using Contact Enhanced Form for our Contact Page.
Below attached screenshots are for your reference.
Once we enter the details and click on SEND button, we are not receiving any Email to our Primary Email.
Also the Java Script Alert for "Thank you" message is also not displayed.
Moreover the redirect link after form submission, we have given it as "https://www.hackerschool.in/contact.html" , but it is displaying this link "https://www.hackerschool.in/?option=com_contactenhanced&view=contact&id=9" after Form submission.

Kindly help regarding the same.

    This template is very old template and only compatible with Joomla 3.1.x for its last version released.
    First i suggest you to check the contact extension page with default Joomla template protostar or beez3 to see the extension is working or not.

    I also suggest you to restore the working site backup with compatible Joomla version.
