JA Amazon S3 Component no updating front-end

Dear Support,

trying to use JA Amazon S3 Component for uploading images folder to our AWS S3 bucket not working,
going throw your viseo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtknH2ljq5Q but the front end still showing the files are loading localy and not from S3bucket

please help

sorry but at this point, we prefer not to share it, can you please provide how we can check it, step by step more info is welcome or where should we start looking for (in technical level) the issue

we didnt got any error on the s3 logs and the iam user has full full s3 access, so i dont think we have s3 permission issue

Sorry, but for now we can’t allow 3rd party access, we can do 1on1 screen sharing etc.

Our issue is that
We have uploaded from joomla Amazon S3 files to our bucket 2018 folder

The images are accessible public and loading pointing the browser to s3 bucket url such as:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/ourbucketname/2018/05/camp.jpg

Running “Update S3 File list” completed successfully popup
Checking the frontend image file is loading local from our server and not from the S3 bucket

Attached our Sync profile, maybe there is something with the “Profile path depth”

Hi.

It could error because your s3 bucket do not match your country or account or some folders contain too many files.

You could try to sync 1-2 files or folder with some files to test.
And you could try to use this account to check.

Hi,

Thanks for your help we made dome good progress

Changing the "bucket access status" to Public now frontend images are loading from our S3 bucket
how can i change it to Public-read, just couldn't find this option in the dropdown list

also when trying to publish folder under bucket file browser by selecting it and click publish
getting the following error:
An error has occurred.

0 Argument 1 passed to Aws\AwsClient::execute() must implement interface Aws\CommandInterface, array given, called in /home/inteligrp/public_html/administrator/components/com_jaamazons3/models/repo.php on line 152

any idea? Please your help

You could edit the file :
administrator/components/com_jaamazons3/models/repo.php

edit the line :
$successful = $s3->execute($handles);

To
Aws\CommandPool::batch($s3, $handles);
