OFFLINE payments with real credit card details gets ERROR

When I try to test OFFLINE payment with real credit card I get error?

An 0 error occured during your request.

The booking is SAVED in the Reservations in the ADMIN but in the Field: Transaction Id it says Empty

I guess here should be credit card details for administrator? or?

Where seems to be the problem?

Hi,

You mean that you're testing the payment in Solidres component? pls try to switch default template GK Hotel to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar and see how it goes.

Yes I am finishing gk hotel based website with subscribed Solidres components.
I switched from GK hotel to Protostart but still got error: 0 Class 'Dompdf\Options' not found

this relates to Solidres itself, could you try to contact support from Solidres also?

hi. thank you for checking. I also raised the support ticket in solidres and they told me this library is missing:
Dompdf library.

I did and installed, now its working.
