How to make similar changes like the site

Hello,

Have installed and activated WordPress Portofolio theme,
https://www.gavick.com/wordpress-themes/portfolio

How can make a Portofolio site that has a contact form in the end of page with bacckground a google map?
Also, to appear Portofolio title as in the attached page (underneath a horizontal line) and also to appear Portofolio categories/titles(ie😛ortofolio,Websites,Software,Video Games etc) with filter.
When you click to Websites to view only the Websites works, when click to Software to view only Software works accordiggnly?

Also, when move your mouse over Portofolio photo the anmation of photo to be similar like the site in the video.

I have checked the theme and see that the theme does not support to add the new section/features as you mentioned here, you can following the steps or find a developer to custom the site. (Because this is a FREE theme).
However, I can help you custom the header, and footer section.
1. About the header + Footer.
- You can download the following child theme folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pnw04hf6whay3ac/gk-portfolio-child.zip?dl=0 . Then upload this child theme and active it to custom your site.
- You can open the header.php and index.php file to find the code that I have added for the section that you want to add the Title and contact section.
- You can install the contact form 7 plugin to create your contact form.
- About the style, you can add the CSS code to the style.css file in the child theme folder.

About the main menu, you can go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Menu. Add new menu then select the following option.
