off canvas menu sticky

I'm trying to fix menu button as fixed position when scroll down but does not work..see below:

Any idea?

The off-canvas menu is not in the topbar to make it sticky, your header and topbar is customized.
And only topbar is sticky, You need to move the code in topbar or make the header sticky as well.
If you know the changes to move it you can find the off-canvas code in /tpls/blocks/header.php
and move it in the topbar.php

I need the site access to make changes and test for this request. If you are not able to do them, kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login details for staff.

OK I see but if you test the URL provided on your browser and if you reduce the screen, you wil see that off-canvas menu is displayed even If I scroll down.
but If you use a screen window with resolution below 768px, then off-canvas menu is not displayed

@media (max-width: 767px) {.headright .navbar-header > button {margin-top: 0 !important;position: fixed !important;top: 5px !important;right: 0 !important; }}

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect.
