librandi Kindly check now. Ref: screenshot. Have disabled template override file - /html/com_content/category/blog_item_1.php" in template "ja_healthcare" for now by renaming the specific file so as to have the similar default layout as seen in default Joomla template

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect.

If you see this category blog you can see the different title, it's very strange, I deleted the custom.css, I reloaded the template and I can't understand

Upon reviewing, I am unable to any such notable difference after comparing the similar layout with default Joomla template. Ref: layout in JA Healthcare and Protostar - Default template

If still some precise tweaking is required, You may kindly share screenshot marked with annotations as to how you wish to have them seen,as also suggested by Pankaj in order to assist thereon
