Payment Gateway Bypass possibility?

Hi,
I have a customer that keeps credit card informations on hand and just wants their customers to order tires and ship them.

He is asking if it's possible to confirm the informations (On step 2 of From filling) and that pressing "Next" would send the order and post the confirmation page without using the Paylater options (Bypassing the Payment gateway)?

Is it at all possible?

If I understand your question correctly, you set only Pay Later as payment method at this moment and you want to skip the select payment method step, right?

It would be a simple process to get the order in without going through the select Payment process.
