Error 500 when adding a youtube video.

We have acquired the proper youtube API. We have activated it and tried to add a youtube video.

We are going through all of the motions as seen here.

And when we click save we get the following error...

the video does not play in the article (which we can view from the jomsocial timeline)

I i can see there is issue in the video, the video showing saved without category and re save not working.

Hi,

Please test now, I uploaded again jw_allvideos plugin and now should be ok, I can add a video in article page and I can see that video in article page content.

I am unable to add a video in the media (add media) page.

I have not tested doing it in the article page, but I am unable to add via the media even when choosing a category.

I am clicking the get video information and it's populating. Is it possible something is populating that's not compatible with the database?

It gave me the Error 500... but still added the video. It is not displaying at end of article I am getting this...

OK... the ONLY way I can add a video is to add from the article. I still get the 500 error... however, the video is there and it's displaying on the featured video now. Furthermore I can not edit the description of the video and it's not scraping the description from youtube.

If I go in and try to edit anything on the video description, title etc it crashes out with a 500 error.

I just made a test, I uploaded this new video media, from back-end - iJoomla Test - and I can save, I can edit and save a description and I can not get that 500 error.
Please let me know how can I replicate the issue, what are your steps for replicate the issue, for what media item?

Step 1 = Go to component Publisher Pro

Step 2 = Media -> Media and select a video

Step 5 = Click save at top right

Result - Error 500

Scenario to is to change the subject ... same result error 500

May I ask what browser you are using?

Please test now, I made some changes in "/plugins/system/publisheractivity/publisheractivity.php" file and all these changes will be available in the next plugin version.

I can edit exiting videos now... just fine.... however the get video information button is now broken. It won't scrape the information out of Youtube on an existing video and seems to break things with the preview image.

Furthermore an article with a published video is not displaying the video at all... I've never had this one work.

Hi Allen,

I can not replicate the issue with "Get Video Info" button on your site, even if is for youtube.com or youtu.be video source.
For the second issue, there was an issue with media in article, I made some changes, all changes will be added in the next Publisher version, and now should be ok.
