Altering The Color Of A Single Menu Item

I would like to make the last button in my menu stand out on my hdader. I had tried creating a button on the menu however this didn't work well on small screens. Can I change the color for a specific menu item in my header? My plan is to link this to an off-screen menu that will slid in from the left and provide a sign up form.
