GK Rating not showing

I installed GK Rating Plugin in a Joomla 3.9.4 installation. I enabled the plugin and added the code {rating} to an article, but the plugin does not show up in the article.

Is there something I'm missing?

mtjwebservice You may cross check the configuration process from the documentation to ensure that configuration has been done right

If still unable to get the output to render for specific plugin, Can you add your admin details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look

Also, You may let us know the article where specific tag has been added

I added the admin info in the edit fields.

You can see an example on https://mtjwebservice.nl/test, this is a normal Joomla article.

I tried to add some values for rating and disable the JS compression and it's showing now
