Can´t setup module position and assign problems

Hello,
I have a problem with JA K2 Filter and search module.
All component, module and plugin are properly installed.
When I try to setup a module position, to publish the module or to assign pages nothing happen. It stays in position:none, unpublished and assigned to no pages.

Hi Chris,

Could you try with a default Joomla module by assigning to the same position and see how it goes?

Hi,

it has been tested with Login Form Joomla module in the left module position. Login module works, K2 Filter doesn't. K2 Filter doesn't work in other module positions as well. The problem is that when I setup module position after Save it stays to none. Doesn't apply the module position.

Hi,

The problem comes from the PHP settings on your server side, the setting "Maximum Input Variables' is set a bit low (1000) you can see this settings in Backend > System Information > PHP settings

If you have permission to change this settings in server side, normally change via php.ini file in server, pls increase this value to at least 2000 as above screenshot, it will work fine. In case, you don't have permission, contact your hosting provider for help to change this.

The module can be visible now. There are 2 new problems: The search by keyword doesn't work (In K2 tools search it works, please try with keyword "pronatal
Second problem - the custom fields couldn''t be choose from the backend and there are not search field in the filter, so I can't use the filter

Hi,

As I can see that you set the selected categories in module settings to 1 category, while the keyword doesn't relate to any item of that category so nothing shows in the result. I tried to set the categories and it works.
