Abnormal behaviour of linked keywords?

I do not know whether this is normal or not. The linked keywords have a "funny" display in the front end. They do not respect the capitalization of words. So if I have a key phrase and it is at the start of the sentence it will lowercase the firs later of the sentence. If the key phrase is a menu link, again will get lowercased. I`ve attached a print screen of what I think is an issue.

I hope it makes sense what I`ve written.

It looks normal the keyword links are bold and linked to URL it is associated on site. It does not uppercase.
could you share a link of the page as if there are css override it will follow the override css of template.

Please bear in mind that the keywords on the page are: "periuta de dinti" and "antibiotice pentru dinti"

So, I do not think they look ok, unless they are suppose to be like that. The problem is that they are lowercased even where they should be uppercased - like the start of a sentence.

The title of the article is not in uppercase in other parts of site as well :https://netdent.ro/tratament-stomatologic/indicatii-dupa-extractie-masea .
Its normal the keywords are not uppercase when you link them.
