Hi,
The last few days i get qiute a lot of 404 errors and crawling anomalies at my site (around 45.000 pages are affected and exluded for google index).I opened a page in console and i get this as an explanation that The page at 'https://gatherpoint.gr/index.php/2015-05-30-13-32-19/science/synedrio-perivallontikis-politikis-kai-diaxeirisis-location-id-38.html' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300,700'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
So, i found on the internet that i must, somewhere in the template, replace the 'http://fonts.googleapis.com' with '//fonts.googleapis.com' but i cant find in which folder this is located. Could you please help me sort it out?

in \templates\ja_events_ii\etc\assets.xml around line 11

Hi,
I have done your suggestion and the only thing that changed was the urls of the images that were returning an error. These are working just fine now but the pages with the events are still showing an 404 error (check for example the url i've sent you in my first msg above). Any idea where this line of code might be?

Can you share screenshot showing the specific error from Google console now which you are still getting as the specific fix suggested above should have fixed the "Mixed content" error which usually occurs due to loading of both HTTP and HTTPS content simultaneously

Hi,
I've followed the suggestions from both posts and the only thing that has changed is that now the mixed content error does not appear in console but the page still loads with a 404 error. See the attached screen shot.

Also, in relation to the first forum thread [(here](hhttps://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/issues-with-mixed-content-with-ssl-enabled/ttp://)) where it says to go to file root_folder/templates/uber/etc/assets.xml and find this code : <stylesheets>
<file>fonts/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css</file>
<file>http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Slab:300,400,700</file>
<file>http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300,600</file>
</stylesheets>
My template doesnt have the third line of the code (this one <file>http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300,600</file>
) and in relation to the suggestion to make changes to this file root_folder/templates/uber/tpls/blocks/head.php my template doenst have the code the thread mentions so i can make the suggested changes.

If i renew my subscription for the template will someone of you be able to check it for me please?

Kindly recheck as I am unable to see any notable error in your last screenshot.

https:// is appending now in the specific files for respective codes

 "/offline.php" in template "ja_events_ii" [line 25]
"/etc/assets.xml" in template "ja_events_ii" [line 11]

henceforth "Mixed content" error will not appear as also confirmed by you. You may ignore the other suggestion for making changes in head.php ever since it pertains to other template
