JA Page Builder Live edit not working

Hi, I've installed JA Page Builder but since the beginning I wasn't able to design any page because the Live edit function freezes as is shown in https://gi.fifomi.gob.mx/JABuilder.png
Can you help?

I don't have ftpd running in my server. Do I need it?

I've just found this:

I had the same problem, so I copied and unzipped the jub directory and it worked!
I dont know why this happen (the missing jub directory...)
