How to make a OnePage navigation menu

Hi, I would like to turn the site into a onepage navigation menu. I tried do this below, but did not work:
In the main menu, for example: I chose menu: Simposio - menu item type I selected external url and put #section(idmodule)

I tried also:
index.php?Itemid=124#programa

What can I do?

Sorry, you don't see the name of section because there is a bug in the title that it not appears, even if it is enabled, please see the image attached.

So I would like create menu link for the menus and modules:
Main menu: Programa -link to module position; section id 124
Speakers - link to module position: section id 97
Inscreva-se - link to go module position: section id 141

Is it possible?
