I have a problem with the video thumbnail that not appear in the module. I saw in the old forum the answers for the same problem, but did not work for me. Could you help me? Thanks
I've checked the default video file and thumbnail is visible, so I think it's a problem with your YouTube video file, did you add the thumbnail during uploading the video? This tutorial may be helpful: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/72431?hl=en
