Links not shown in artice when using special views

Like the title says: a put in an article that uses a special view like model-cover-simple is not shown in the front end.

In the example attached there should be a link to a menu item on the words: "de deelnemende sponsors"

Are you using a Modal Menu items for this ?
To show the article kindly make sure the menu item is Modal as there are style classes applied via menu.
If still there is issue, I need to check it on your site.

Where do I check wether it is a modal menu item?

Please check the Menu item of the page on which you are checking this article.
When you create a modal menu item it will give you option to select the layout.

If you still have this problem i need to check it on your site, Kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff with article URL on which layout is broken.
