      but if I change it in templates/uber/js/script.js it will change for all languages - I need 2 versions of this attributes.
      After resolve this if I will need more help I will open the new one.

        I made the changes described in that thread. I've replaced the default-form-1 file in the right place. No subtitles are displayed in contact now.

          /public_html/templates/rominski.it/html/com_contact/contact/default_form-1.php

          Not sure if there is cache on your server side or not because this change work properly at my end but can't see any affect on your site. If there is, pls flush server cache or temporarily disable it so I can check.

          I tried to clear cache also but as I mentioned above, it may relate to server cache, could you try to contact your hosting provider to check on this?
