JA GDPR 1.0.4. don't work

I downloaded the latest version of JA GDPR 1.0.4.
Unfortunately it doesn't work, when you request manual deletion the email is sent to the user but not the email to the site manager.
The user clicks on the link, is redirected to the site, but nothing happens. There is nothing in the activity report. therefore it is not possible to shovel the user.
The automatic deletion does not work, clicking on the button absolutely nothing happens. The user has not been deleted.

What components to install?
Does it depend on the Template?
The same version proved it on several sites.
ver. Joomla 3.5.9

Kindly follow it for how to use / install.

And it should not depend on the template.

Yes of course, I wrote that I installed the latest version of GDPR and the latest version of Joomla.
I did a lot of tests, on sites that have different templates, in case it was a problem of compatibility with the template. Since I did a lot of tests without having a positive discount.
I ask you for help
