JA Sugite color changes

Where are the color options located for the JA Sugite template? I know there is "red" but I want to change the global RGB color codes for the backgrounds, etc. at the particular theme. I'm sure there is a CSS file or similar, but I have not found it yet.

Most of the global colors can be changed from the Theme Magic option in the template.
Open JA Sugite template style > Theme Magic > change the color as per needs, save it as a new theme and apply.
Here is documentation helps you.

Thank you kindly Pankaj, I'm actually trying to edit the color of the menu itself, I couldn't find anything like that in "Theme magic" so I was trying to find the CSS that is applied and where. It is transparent, but when you scroll back up, it turns black. I would like to keep the background a solid color at all times, make it sticky when you scroll down, and change the font for it. When putting numbers in the menu, they are not aligned horizontal like the text is, does that make sense?

Try add this to custom.css file and change font-family accordingly :

@media (min-width: 992px){.scrollDown .t3-header{top: 0 !important;}} .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a{font-family:arial,sans-serif;}

I’m having trouble here understanding as to what you mean. Kindly elaborate or better yet, Kindly provide screenshot marked with annotations showing the respective issue as mentioned and how you wish to have it seen

Kindly share the site URL here or Edit fields in first post, As per screenshot it can be the font issue or line height issue. I need to check this on your site to suggest changes.

The no. are fine, this is style of the font used in the template. If you want to change, you need to change the font family.
Open css/custom.css file and this code

.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {
    font-size: 14px;
    font-family: serif!important;
}

Change the font size and font-family as per needs.
