Open file "/html/mod_footer/default.php" in template "ja_company".
Find and remove this code
<small><?php echo JText::_( 'MOD_FOOTER_LINE2' ); ?></small>
To remove Joomla copy rights.
To edit the text you can see the code in same file http://prntscr.com/nijs8n
Clear Joomla cache and check.
