Access to version 4.1.0

I am looking to access DT Register version 4.1.0. I can see the preview version for 4.2.0 is out now. How do I access the most recent version before the preview was released? I'd prefer to upgrade to that now and wait for the stable of 4.2.0 before I update any of my other software to that.
