Are you referring to the Re-Captcha on contact form ?

Also it seems that you haven't any active membership with us , Ja_Sugite is a commercial template and to receive support an active membership is requested.

Well, obviously I purchased it from you so you'd expect a small degree of support regardless of when I purchased v when I installed it.
Yes, Re-Capture on Contact form is not displaying when I select it to be active. There is a line saying capture, and You can't send the form because it's not validated (because the recapture is not showing)

I can't see any account linked to this username
Unfortunately people do seek support for software illegally downloaded from torrent sites and the like
Because of this we require people to login using their usernames that purchased the memberships
