"Call to undefined method JLayoutFile::getDefaultIncludePaths()" error

Hi,
I recently moved to the JA Shoe template and this "Call to undefined method JLayoutFile::getDefaultIncludePaths()" error presents itself. Another discussion on this thread suggested a joomla update with a similar "call to undefined method" error, however i am currently running 3.9.4

Kindly take a backup of site and update to latest Joomla 3.9.5
I tried to check it on site backend but the /admin page redirecting me to homepage of site.
It seems you are using a custom admin URL.
Kindly update and check, if you will get the issue again, kindly submit the admin page URL in edit fields options, so I can check it.

Hi Ninja thanks for your response, you can use be-artreptiles.co.za/administrator/?wizard for backend access. This joomla version is already 3.9.4 which is not latest but still fairly new. i will backup and update anyway

Ninja I have now performed backup and update as mentioned. the issue still exists, please assist going forward.

As stated yesterday the issue was rectified. Then per another discussion regarding this issue "Call to undefined method JLayoutFile::getDefaultIncludePaths()" error" (solved by Ninja with a t3 update) the original fault of this discussion returned. Hard reload is used in Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit). The fault as per this discussion subject is still present and occurs in safari as well.

The error was due to very old version of T3 plugin was installed on your site. I updated it with new version and issue is fixed.
Kindly keep all JA Extensions and template up to date.

Thank you Ninja for your assitance. I was under the impression the t3 plugin was up to date as it was stated so in the extensions>templates>templates>ja_shoe.
