No Video media showing for Publisher articles.

I am not managing to get video media to show up on the article page. Pictures work fine, just not the video.

Here's the page with the video which doesn't show:

I'm not sure if it's a bug in the software or if I don't have a setting correct.

Kindly provide FTP details of site, there were some changes on going in extension for the bug fixes, we are planning for a bug fix release maybe next week. I will check and apply the changes on your site to fix this issue.

Great, thank you. In the past, when FTP was needed we've never been able to get you log in. I use SFTP with SSL keys loaded on my computer to login to FTP. You guys did install eXtplorer as a component on my site, which pretty much does the same thing as far as I can tell.

I can not access the site administrator, I uploaded new jw_allvideos version, please log to ftp, make a back-up to " "plugins\content"\jw_allvideos", unzip the attached zip file and the upload the unzipped folder to "plugins\content"
