Plugin dtinvoicecreate doesn't email the invoice to the customer if you configure that. (You can test it with the option: pay later)

What's the status regarding this issue? Can you at least confirm this is a bug? (Currently the project is paused for over 2 weeks now which is undesirable for our client)

Yes, when I reported to the team, this issue is lined up in our backlog already. The team is working on the new version of DT Register 4.2 stable first, then we will check with this plugin, kindly wait.
