Template bugs?

Hi support team,

I'm working with the Alumni template and noticed I need help with the following:

When clicking on a menu item, there is a bigger space between the article and the menu bar while the page loads, then there is a sudden jolt when the page finishes loading and the article jumps up. See how it looks like
When displaying on a smaller screen, the top and title of the article disappear behind the menu bar. And the slideshow disappear too. How do I fix the article to show fully below the menu bar? Also is there a way to make the slideshow appear on smaller screens?

Actually the login info are correct, I still have the problem listed here: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/22120-constant-errors-and-disconnections and it's terrible. I sometimes have to try a dozen times before I can login or save something. I still have no reply from my host. I'll ask them again today.

I was able to login in your backend and i discovered that problem most probably is due to your custom theme applied to the template, problem is that i cannot switch it to the default theme to debug correctly the issue because when i try to save it your backend goes to a blank page showing error

my suggestion is to install again joomla core files ( You can update joomla to latest release and then install again joomla files) and also reinstall template and T3 Framework plugin.

Sorry for the long delay... Apparently there is no more connection problem now. I hope you will be able to help now.

My client is still very unhappy with the 1st problem in my first post especially, and she refuses to publish the website with this issue. Is there anything to be done about it?

Hi pavit ,

I have reinstalled T3 Framework and the JA Alumni template (not custom template, it's JoomlArt's). But then I lost the website. So I had to restore it as my client is showing it to their committee tomorrow.

Could you let me know what to do so as to not lose the website? What files should I prepare/save and restore?

Also, how do I reinstall Joomla core files? Is there an easy procedure somewhere?

I haven't encountered the error or login issues any more for a while, could you please try to login again and see if you can debug problem #1? My client hates it and mentions this every time I talk to her. I have no idea how to fix it or why this happens.

Could problem #2 be linked to the module settings?

Important: The website will be on demo several times tomorrow, June 12th, between 4pm and 11pm CET (Central European Time). So you could test things out of these hours, please. Thanks in advance.

I'm adding this one, on the Historique page, there is a caption under the last picture of the first article. If I leave the caption without modifying its width, it takes the whole width of the article and the image is not aligned left any more. I want it aligned left with a caption that's the width of the picture, but didn't manage to find the right way to do it, I went through all the suggestions that Firefox give me when I "inspect element", nothing comes close. Any idea of what width code to use?
