error message when updating Joomlart extensions

Hello team, I have a problem, when I want to update the extensions of Joomlart, I get this message in each of them:
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.

Hi Sergiosp,

May I know which JoomlArt extension are you wanting to update? I will check it for you.

Pls note that if you're mentioning JA Builder template, this is a special template from us and at this moment, you can't update via JA Extension manager unfortunately. You can edit a page created via JA Builder, if there is new version available, there will be a popup appears and you can decide to update or not. We're updating JA Builder so it can be a standalone package and would be update via JAEM too.

Dear Saguraos, I can NOT UPDATE NOTHING OF JOOMLART (Components, Modules, Plugins, Templates).
I do not know what to do! can you look at the site that is what happens?
It gives the impression that he does not recognize me as a client of yours.

I updated JA Builder latest version for you.

I also check other JoomlArt's extensions + Templates but they are all up-to-date now.

Let me know which one you can't update, I will check for you.
