I don't see the JA Masthead module (with video background, mp4, 891KB ) displaying in front-page.
The module is published, is assigned to a visible module position (masthead) and also is assigned to a menu (home).
Any idea?

Have created new module position as also done here and assigned the specific module to newly created module position
Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect.

I had added the newly created module position by entering the new position - after clicking on dropdown toggle in specific field as seen in screenshot
The said process is more seamless and quicker in terms of adding new module position which can be thereafter used globally for the specific template 
The code for having new position can be seen in file"/tpls/blocks/masthead.php" and also, the new position reflects inT3 framework > Layoutoptions
