Unlock blocks

Hello, I need help please. I tried to use JA Joomla Page Builder but is asking for premium login to use blocks. The blocks I need are lock I tried to unlock it many times and It is impossible. I sign in with my credentials but nothing happend and I cannot move foward with my proyect.

To unlock them you will need to purchase it, actually i cannot see any active ja builder membership associated to your username. If you purchased it with a different account then use that account to login to premium.
