Buildr Template Menu won't change

The font colour in my main menu won't change. I have changed this in the templates settings and cleared the cache.

I just want to change it to 4f4f4f so it can be seen on the white background.

Upon reviewing, I can see the dynamic color reflecting from framework option however same is being superseded due to another conflicting CSS selectors having similar CSS declarations which are applying at the same time

Kindly provide the admin details for super user access level or you may upgrade the similar details provided through users --> manage in admin backend as there are several important tabs which arent appearing due to which unable to troubleshoot the relative issue properly
