The sidebar module disappears in some url's

Hello, the sidebar module disappears in some url's on product view. I try to change configuration % in the template features, but without succes.
Compare for example this two urls:
This url is category view and the sidebar is showing normally:
https://www.cortinaestor.es/es/cortinas-a-medida/377/cortina-canutillo.html

This other is a product view of product of this category and the sidebar disapears:
https://www.cortinaestor.es/es/cortinas-a-medida/906/377/cortina-canutillo/cortina-canutillo-personalizable-detail.html

It's possible that the problem is because this product have 7 additional images? The other products with the same category shows the sidebar ok.

Towards endeavour to narrowing down the relative issue, Kindly confirm for the following -

1) Does the similar issue persists if you disable custom fields in VM configuration for product view?
2) Does the issue still persists if you rename this file - customfields.php in file path - \templates\[Your template\html\com_virtuemart\sublayouts\customfields.php
