You are allow to post the discussion, I saw two of thread were closed as they are duplicate, Same issue you already raised on the ticket system where support team member trying to help you.
Kindly follow the same discussion, I just replied you on that to get some information from you.

Submit the site credentials in first post of this thread.

Please note duplicate ticket create more confusion and delay as they same issue is handled by different support members.
