Solidres - No email address of property

When I turn ON JA hotel overrides for the Solidres, there is no email address of the property (there is no email address in Solidres, but JA Hotel add the label, but without content).

Could you try to assign that menu item page to standard template of Joomla like Protostar and see how it goes?

Hi, there is no email in protostar, but only in JA Hotel template override.

Please download newest version of the template and replace the /html/com_solidres folder. Please remember to make a backup before doing so.

Hi Teitbite,
1/ Screenshot is taken from Protostar template to show you there is no email.
2/ directories and subdirectories are identical in templates/ja_hotel/html/com_solidres/
3/ if I TUrn off JA Hotel override (Solidres / System) , Solidres doesnot show email field, but if I tunr ON JA hotel override, the field email is shown, but without email address.

The specific info is being shown for displaying "Fax number". Ref - Screenshot where I have populated the specific text field for particular property and is showing as envisaged

However label should be shown as "Fax" which is being shown right for me on local install. Troubleshooting further as to how to get the right label to show for your site

Please be patient while we revert back

Procedural steps :
Have created language translation for word or text (constant) through language override option as outlined here
1) Searched for SR_FAX text making sure that the "Constant" dropdown is selected. [Click "Search" tab in order to see all results]
2) Changed the appropriate text and saved the changes under new language
