JA Social II template - Making JomSocial full width

Hi all,

I am currently using JA Social II template, and installed JomSocial as well. However, the jomsocial pages are not full width (see attached screenshot) and I have been unable to figure out why. There seems to be a huge left-padding on the page.

Any help on how to make my JomSocial full width on my site would be deeply appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi
As i checked the submitted page on your site. The problem is with the layout assignment. Kindly open the template style you assigned for the JomSocial pages, its using onesidebar-left, There is space of sidebar in the left side that adding this space.
Change the layout will fix the problem.

Thanks for your response.

So, my current understanding is, there are two left sidebars on my page but I only require 1 left sidebar.
How do I disable the space of the empty left side bar? I've tried the layout assignment, but it appears the onesidebar-left is automatically assigned as long as I have a sidebar-1.

marzze Hi. I think the sidebar issue has been corrected since I cannot see sidebar anymore. Please try using this code now:

width: 100%;
}

.com_community #t3-mainbody .t3-sidebar {
    right: 80%;
}

.com_community #t3-mainbody .t3-content {
    left: 20%;
}

Thanks for your response!

The large sidebar is still there unfortuantely. Which is the exact css file should i add the code into?

Also, I noticed one of my pages has the correct layout: https://www.marzze.com/index.php/contact-us
I was trying but could not figure out how to reverse engineer the layout to my Jomsocial pages. If you'd know how to do that, I might be able to assign the same layout to my JS pages.

On the contact page this is template sidebar position in the left side. where its using the modules : http://prntscr.com/nqqgrs
It cold not be removed as its assigned to the contact page. The same has on the Jomsocial pages.

Hi,

I'm still unable to resolve the issue, as it still appears to be occupying a very small amount of screen real estate.
I suspect it is an issue with the template as it affects not just Jomsocial, but my other components as well. I've tried changing the layouts, but to no avail.

Kindly share the page URL showing on your screenshot and add a temp super user login details for staff in the edit fields section for staff.

maybe you are using one sidebar left layout for the menu item showing in screenshot.
