Can't find where to edit the theme title given to the homepage articles module?

So I am modifying the JA Social theme and am struggling to find where I can edit this one-off heading on the homepage content module (the one that displays articles vertically).

At the top of the articles on the template homepage, before the first article displayed, is a heading which reads "WELCOME TO JA SOCIAL 3.X"

I cannot for the life of me find where this text is stored, either in the theme files nor in the Joomla Control Panel. Can someone please help me to change this text?

You can change the Browser Page Title located at Menu manager > Default menu > Page Display > Browser Page Title. Ref: Screenshot

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect.
